All generator sizing recommendations, load estimations, and configuration advice provided on this website or during initial consultation are based on the load profile information provided by the user. These outputs are for reference and planning purposes only.

  • The client is solely responsible for hiring a licensed professional engineer (PE) to perform final site surveys, code validation, and electrical connection layouts.
  • GPI Power does not assume liability for discrepancies between initial website consultations and final field-installed electrical capacity requirements.

2. Code and Regulatory Compliance

Generator set installations are subject to strict local, state, and federal regulations. Users and purchasers must ensure:

  • Full compliance with EPA Tier emissions regulations for the designated site location.
  • Adherence to local municipal building codes, utility interconnect agreements, and emergency standby system standards (such as NFPA 110).
  • Securing all necessary local zoning, sound attenuation, and environmental permits before delivery and installation.

3. Use of Technical Library and Materials

Owner manuals, wiring diagrams, spec sheets, and drawings hosted on GPI Power's digital platforms are protected by copyright. These files are provided solely for operational reference by plant managers, site operators, and authorized maintenance technicians. Unauthorized commercial redistribution or alteration of these manuals is strictly prohibited.

4. Quoting and Estimates

All pricing estimates, lead times, and shipping schedules provided through the online enquiry system or WhatsApp business channel are subject to final review and formal contract issuance. Formal proposals typically hold validity for 30 calendar days from the date of issue unless specified otherwise.

5. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Houston, Texas.
